Sonny chats with fan Robert

Dear Mr. Fox, I am in the middle of your book and words cannot describe the many feelings. Also, I was on the show as a kid in 1965 and Gary Lewis and the Playboys were also on that day.

It was a once in a lifetime experience that I shall always cherish. Much love from Bronx USA.

Thank you!

Dear Robert of the Bronx,

Thank you so much for your interim review of my book.

It is now serving an entirely surprising purpose in my life; as my 92-year-old brain begins to wander off at times I now use it as my reference book to remind me of the name of the person I'm trying to recall at that moment. So, while it is for you a biography, it his now serving for me as the reference book of my life. If you ever think of writing a book, that is one good reason to pursue that end.

I am still a tingle from yesterday's Super Bowl. It was by far the most entertaining one I've ever watched,. I am still a New York football Giants fan, as well as a Knick, Ranger and Mets fan. Though I have lived in LA since 1978, when the wheels of my plane touched down at JFK , I still feel I've come home.

Mr. Fox, I actually finished the book a few weeks ago, but did not get a chance to respond. I don't have enough superlatives to give you. It has always been amazing to me how unique we all are in this human skin. My Dad has always been my hero.... flew B-29s at the end of WWll and Korea, builder/developer in Stamford, CT, musician, tennis player. All in all, just a great guy. I have always viewed you in this light. A great humanitarian. Somehow, you both understand life. I wish he wrote a book. I would love another book from you. In the meantime, I don't want to appear too bold, but may I ask for an autographed picture? I would be happy to send an oversized envelope. If there is anything I can do for you from here it would be an honor. As I am sure you have heard this many times, you have always been a part of my life and I thank you for that. Hopefully we will communicate again. All the best, Robert
